Team Lead Installation Technician on the FedEx Kinko's Order To Pay (OTP) install project. Traveled to 18 different states over a 7 month period; trained each state's local technicians along the way. Project consisted of upgrading software on OTP server, installing new/upgrading existing point of sale, back office, and design workstations with OTP software/hardware, and decommisioning legacy server. Additional duties included establishing new, and verifying existing network connectivity as required, along with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting of malfunctioning equipment.
