Team Lead Installation Technician on the Target Gift Registry Kiosk rollout in the Chicagoland area. 5 month project consisted of breaking down existing kiosks, building and anchoring new kiosks into position, establishing network connectivity, adjusting BIOS settings, and installing operating system (Windows XP) and Gift Registry software. Tested system upon completion and demonstrated its use to Target managers and employees. Performed hardware, software, and network troubleshooting as required.

Completed 100% of the sites assigned to me.
